£300 of the deposit is off-set against your first term’s fees and the remaining £200 is returnable when your child leaves at the end of their time at Barfield. Please note a full term’s notice is required, in writing.
Children are entitled to receive the Nursery Education Grant in the term following their third birthday for six terms. Surrey County Council sends the funding to the school each term, and this is deducted accordingly from your fees. We will allow funding for a maximum of 3 hours per session, and a maximum of 15 hours per week. Please note that the figures below represent fees before any deductions. Charges for the academic year are equally split over three terms, although the terms may vary in length. The nursery is open for 33 weeks of the year.

If you require ‘wrap-around care’, the children can arrive early, from 8.00am, free of charge and they can stay on to Nursery Great Lates up until 6pm, at an additional charge of £9.00 per day.
If space and staffing allow, you many book your child into a session on an Adhoc basis. Please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed and should be reserved for unusual circumstances.
Owlets may attend full-time (from September 2012) but must attend a minimum of 3 mornings per week. Owls may attend full-time but must attend a minimum of 5 sessions per week, of which, three must be mornings. Opportunities arise throughout the year, for hours of attendance to be increased; we recommend that children attend Owls nursery full-time by the Summer Term, to ensure a smooth transition into Reception.
